Pilates is a body conditioning program designed to teach efficient movement patters and enhance posture. The exercises will be performed slowly, with control and an emphasis on breathing.
The class will challenge and develop your core stability. The focus will be on quality of movement rather than quantity. Each exercise has several options that are available.
Pilates exercises require you to focus on specific muscles and perform the movements as precisely as possible. To get the best results always work with control, don’t worry what anyone else is doing as all of our bodies are different.
Participants need to bring a towel and a fitness mat to all session.
